ヘビーユーザーの帯域制御、事業者団体がガイドライン公表 http://www.itmedia.co.jp/news/articles/0805/23/news127.html なんていうか「絞ってもいいけどユーザの同意を得てね」っていう至極当たり前のガイドラインだよね。確かにビジネスがきついのかもしれないけど、できるだけヘビーユーザを萎縮させない方向でネットワークを作っていきたいよなぁ。
